When you submit an enquiry through our forms or funnel, we collect the details you provide: typically your name, phone number, email address, business type, area and budget bracket. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and, where you become a client, to deliver our services.
We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, interactions, approximate location and device type). Enquiry forms are processed by Formspree, which transmits your submission to us by email. Enquiries may also trigger an SMS notification to our team so we can respond quickly.
We do not sell your data. It is shared only with the service providers needed to operate the site and respond to you (analytics, form processing, communications), each bound by their own privacy terms.
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, after which it is deleted on request or in periodic reviews.
