These terms cover use of the obsidianmedia.site website. Client engagements are governed by individual written service agreements, which take precedence for the services they cover.
Obsidian Media provides digital marketing services including Google Ads and Meta Ads management, web design, landing pages, SEO and social media management. Service specifics, fees and any performance guarantee are set out in each client's written agreement. Advertising spend is paid by clients directly to the relevant platform (Google, Meta) and is separate from our management fees.
Client agreements operate on a rolling monthly basis with 30 days written notice to cancel, unless a specific agreement states otherwise.
Content on this site, including results, case studies and screenshots, reflects genuine client outcomes at the time of publication. Results shown are examples from specific accounts and are not a promise of identical outcomes, since every business, budget and area differs. Where a guarantee applies to an engagement, its exact terms are set out in the written agreement.
The design, copy and imagery on this site belong to Obsidian Media or are used with permission. Client reviews are reproduced as written by their authors.
